2032 Olympics Branding: Kuala Lumpur

For this project, I was tasked to design an identity system for the upcoming 2032 Summer Olympic Games for a major city of my choice. After choosing Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, I then created many mood-boards and matrixes, ultimately leading my inspiration to be drawn from Kuala Lumpur’s national flower, the hibiscus rosa-sinensis, and batik patterns. The result is the following logo, icons, deck passes, tickets, and other marketing materials.
